This Saturday (12-31-22) those in our end of the month Saturday Sampler program will meet at 9:00am. At the meeting you will receive your final kit, and the setting directions for our 2022 quilt. We will spend the session reviewing the techniques used to finish the striking quilt. I am “sew” excited!!!

You will be happy to know, there are still spaces in several of our 2023 block-of-the-month programs. The Saturday Sampler sessions (both pieced and applique) are almost full - please register soon if you want to join the fun!

There is a little left in our Year End Clearance “section”. At this point, your friends have made a pass or two so the remaining bolts are now upstairs. The deal is pretty impressive - 25% off when you buy a yard, or 35% off if you buy two, or 45% off if you buy all that remains on the bolt! There may even be a few pieces left that are long enough to be borders or backing…  

New fabrics with a more “spring like” feel are arriving every day. Yes, I am once again pretending spring is right around the corner… The “With a Flourish” prints are a trendy take on florals. Denim, mustard, and salmon hues bring a cheerful vibe to the flowers, leaves and dots of the group. From garments, to quilts, to bags - they would be perfect!

I am so sorry if you already have a Snow Day kit and you also have a literal mountain of snow. The kits you purchase now are our 2023 Snow Day Surprise kits. That means the pattern will be sent to you via email the first day in 2023 we receive 6” of snow, or more, in Finleyville, PA. I so hope you are warm and safe, and you weathered the current blizzard ok.
